Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, extended school year contract near Madera, CA. This onsite role requires CA SLP licensure with CCC and SEIS experience, with supervisory duties and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

37.5-hour work week; bilingual Spanish abilities valued but not required. SLPAs on site may be supervised; healthcare benefits, housing, and meals-incidentals may be offered. Open to experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license and CCC certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in California school settings.
• At least one year of documented SEIS usage.
• Supervisory experience with SLPAs (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills to handle high caseloads and referrals.
• Bilingual Spanish abilities (preferred but not required).
• Commitment to onsite service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and documentation in compliance with state and district standards.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive student care.
• Manage and prioritize numerous cases efficiently.
