Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Madera, CA school setting. This full-time, onsite position emphasizes collaboration with district staff and ongoing assessment, IEP development, and documentation using SEIS.

The role requires CA SLP licensure with CCC or CF status, at least 2 years in California schools, and a minimum of 1 year using SEIS. Supervision of SLPAs is available, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• CA SLP license with CCC or CF status.
• 2+ years of experience in CA schools.
• At least 1 year of SEIS experience.
• Ability to manage high caseloads and frequent referrals.
• Experience supervising SLPAs is highly valued.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Onsite-only services (no teletherapy).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document in SEIS.
• Provide direct therapy and consult with students, parents, and staff.
• Supervise and collaborate with SLPAs and facilitators as needed.
• Maintain a flexible approach to high caseload management.
