Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Buyer for an onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company in Marietta, OH. This 24+ month contract role focuses on data entry for order processing and tracking of spares purchase orders, with daily status updates for all open POs and strong customer service for internal and external customers.

The position offers an onsite work environment in Marietta, OH, with pay up to $33.00 per hour and a pathway to continued engagement through contract

Qualifications

• Performs data entry for order processing and tracking of all spares purchase orders.
• Provides daily status updates on all open purchase orders.
• Uses customer service skills to support internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchase orders and enter data into spreadsheets.
• Open sales orders for all purchase orders received in NAV.
• Submit quote requests and secure best pricing.
• Create purchase requisitions and review for accuracy and completion.
• Place orders to procure requisitioned items.
• Reconcile open order report for weekly update meetings with customers and the MFG Planner.
• Answer phones and provide information using customer service skills for internal and external customers.
• Provide updates on shipped orders daily.
