Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in purchasing, planning, or procurement operations in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems; MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full PO lifecycle for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and related supplies.
• Monitor open POs daily to ensure on-time delivery and production continuity.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery dates, quantities, pricing, and changes.
• Identify and escalate supply risks such as delays, shortages, and quality issues.
• Partner with Production Planning, Operations, Warehouse, Quality, and Procurement teams.
