Qualifications

• 2–4 years of directly related experience in Business Analysis or related fields.
• Ability to work under general supervision while independently delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and systems analysis to support improvement, reporting, data, and tech initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, scope, and desired outcomes.
• Support discovery sessions, interviews, and current-state assessments.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements including data and technical specs.
• Create process maps, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Assist with QA testing, UAT readiness, and implementation support.
• Provide training and ongoing support to business users and partners.
