Pay Range: $55.00 – $62.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)
Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives involving consumer-facing platforms, complex integrations, and cross-functional stakeholders.
This role will focus on business analysis, system design, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring that digital solutions meet business needs and are successfully delivered through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Analyze enterprise systems and digital platforms to support new initiatives and enhancements
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Conduct business process analysis, workflow mapping, and system impact assessments
- Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements into a structured backlog
- Support SDLC processes across Agile and Waterfall environments
- Assist in project planning and occasionally manage smaller project initiatives
- Facilitate workshops (JAD sessions, discovery sessions, empathy mapping)
- Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and distribute documentation
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Create and execute test cases (whitebox and blackbox)
- Support production systems and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Validate system functionality for complex batch and online processes
- Develop presentations and documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain project artifacts in Jira and Confluence
- Support business case development and feasibility analysis
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Experience supporting consumer-facing digital platforms or applications
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience facilitating workshops (JAD sessions, process mapping, etc.)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Automotive industry experience (digital retailing, CRM, dealer systems)
- Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects
- Experience working with complex integrations and transactional systems
