Huntington National Bank is seeking an onsite Business Continuity Lead to coordinate testing of emergency response, crisis management, and recovery plans. You will conduct BIA, QA of plans, and develop training and awareness for partners.

You will generate reports detailing goals, execution, results, analysis, and recommendations. You will build and maintain risk assessments, BC programs, and tests, plus coach teams during walkthroughs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in business continuity or related areas.
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity, operational risk, project/program management, emergency management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains the Risk Assessment, BIA, and Business Recovery programs.
• Builds and maintains a Business Continuity program aligned with industry standards.
• Develops and maintains the overall test program for Business Recovery plans.
• Participates in recovery walkthroughs and provides coaching to team members.
• Documents and tracks identified issues to closure.
• Supports BC Program maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Develops training materials and trains personnel.
• Provides system training and guidance on plan content to users.
• Develops reports such as exercise Executive Summaries and action item status reports.
• Coordinates with action item owners to remediate identified issues.
• Leads incident management and business resiliency activities.
