Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Business Continuity professional to plan and coordinate emergency response, crisis management, and business recovery plan testing, ensuring effectiveness and accuracy.

The role includes BIA/QA of BC plans, development of training materials, and reporting on testing activities, goals, execution, results, analysis, and recommendations. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to maintaining compliance and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in business continuity or related areas.
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity, operational risk, project/program management, emergency management, tech, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Owns planning and coordination of testing emergency response, crisis management, and business recovery plans.
• Conducts Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and QA on Business Continuity plans.
• Develops training materials and trains personnel on BC plans.
• Produces reports detailing goals, planning, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Documents and tracks issues to closure and ensures regulatory/compliance alignment.
