Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Reliability: must be here for the 90 days this position runs.
• Ability to use tablet-based work order programs and basic Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
• Perform janitorial duties in stairwells, lobbies, and common areas to keep premises clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and represent the company values.
• Receive deliveries, unpack and store maintenance equipment and materials.
• Assist superintendent as directed.
• Overtime may be required in emergency situations.
