Beam Living, a Blackstone-owned property management company in New York City, seeks a Porter for the Parker Towers team. You’ll maintain and secure a safe, clean building, perform upkeep, handle snow removal, and assist residents with exceptional service, while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to try new things.
• Strong desire to help people; customer service is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Driver's license and NY LENS enrollment.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
• Perform upkeep and janitorial duties to keep community in great condition.
• Perform snow removal during the winter season.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Assist Concierge during lunch breaks and manage deliveries.
• Support site and operations as assigned by your manager.
• Be an ambassador of the property and represent our culture.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
