Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in building operations and maintenance (min 2 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of energy conservation and safety practices.
• OSHA awareness training as required.
• State/local Stationary Engineer/HVAC license and EPA refrigerant recovery license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to implement effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to building emergencies and urgent repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Support installation of new equipment and systems; provide hands-on training.
