Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Respond to building emergencies and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in preventive maintenance planning.
