Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Building Engineering role with hands-on operations and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with energy conservation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and address urgent repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Support installation of new equipment and systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Provide hands-on training and collaborate with team members.
• Record data in building logbooks and participate in routine communications with management.
