Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Engineering Manager to work onsite with the team to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for heavy highway and bridge projects in Morgantown, WV.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 4+ years of related experience; bridge experience is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of similar construction engineering experience.
• Bridge project experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for heavy highway and bridge projects.
• Oversee project engineering staff and interface with on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and support construction schedule (Primavera P6).
• Develop and administer project engineering procedures and submittals, RFIs, and vendor payments.
• Represent Kokosing in client and project management meetings and coordinate across departments.
