Responsibilities

• Develop sales and service leads with Territory Sales Managers and customers.
• Create and record work orders; coordinate rentals, parts, and service.
• Assist walk-in customers with rentals, sales, parts, and service issues.
• Manage customer accounts, rental agreements, and billing details.
• Maintain CRM data, yard organization, and safety in daily operations.
• Coordinate with Anchorage Branch for office supplies and admin support.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Ensure timely dispatch, repairs, and maintenance of rental fleet.
