Republic Finance in the United States is offering a Branch Operations Intern program for current juniors or seniors in college pursuing Finance or Business. You will learn loan processing, customer service, and daily branch functions while exploring career paths within the company.

This 100% onsite internship pays $15.00 per hour with the goal of transitioning to full-time employment after graduation; you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to compliance training, audits, and potential

Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior majoring in Business or Finance.
• Willing to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Must pass our acceptable standards for criminal background and credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to learn promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
