Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity in Rockford, IL. This role supports the Branch Manager in daily operations, supervises staff, manages inventory, and ensures safety and efficiency at a 100% onsite location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily branch operations with Branch Manager.
• Supervise day-to-day employee activities and workflows.
• Manage attendance, time off, payroll-related activities, and evaluations.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance.
• Maintain staffing levels within headcount requirements.
• Promote safety compliance and policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular branch inventories.
• Oversee receiving, restocking, picking, shipping, and returns.
