• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage work across multiple entities or company files.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume data entry and bookkeeping transactions within QuickBooks Online.
• Review and categorize bank and credit card transactions across multiple company files.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and support ongoing bookkeeping activities.
• Partner directly with the owner to help manage workload priorities and address accounting backlogs.
