CLOSET FACTORY DFW in Grapevine, TX is hiring a Bookkeeper/Accountant for a full-time role. You will manage all bookkeeping, handle AP/AR, and deliver monthly financials to ownership, using QuickBooks Online, and coordinate with a CPA for taxes and audits.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling local franchise. Schedule is Mon-Fri, with in-person work in Grapevine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online – non-negotiable.
• Experience with AP/AR processes.
• Strong bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and vendor payments.
• Process full-cycle Accounts Receivable and invoices.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation, audits, and compliance.
• Track job costs and assist with project-level reporting.
• Support payroll processing and related reporting.
