Job summary

DeliverIt Group in Sugar Land, TX seeks a dedicated full-time bookkeeper to manage routine accounting tasks and maintain financial records on-site. You will apply GAAP principles, work with QuickBooks and pharmacy software, and support invoices, payments, and related reconciliations.

Qualified candidates bring 1–2 years of accounting or pharmacy-tech experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Mon-Fri, on-site role.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge is required.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Experience as a retail pharmacy technician is preferred.
• Experience with PioneerRx is preferred.
• Experience with ProviderPay is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to address past-due invoices.
• Providing weekly status updates to supervisors.
• Balancing cash registers and making deposits.
• Preparing daily/weekly quotes and creating invoices.
• Verifying purchase requisitions and items received.
• Processing transactions and maintaining financial records.
• Sorting and filing documents for easy access.
