Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of NW Chicago is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administrative to track job costs, manage invoicing, and support GAAP-compliant financial reporting across restoration projects in Chicago. You will work with project managers to reconcile vendor invoices, maintain job ledgers, and assist with monthly closes.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, plus AR/AP experience, are preferred. This in-person role offers a salary of $45,000–$55,000, PTO, health/dental insurance, training

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
• AR/AP experience and GAAP knowledge are essential.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and organizational skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Track and record job costs, including labor and materials.
• Maintain job cost ledgers and reconcile costs against budgets.
• Prepare invoices for customers and insurance carriers; ensure accurate billing.
