Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is recruiting Project Engineers for a major BioPharma manufacturing facility project in Houston, TX. Roles span Civil/Structural, Process Systems, HVAC, Electrical, and more, with emphasis on GMP-aligned construction execution.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in regulated environments, familiarity with CQV, and strong coordination across cross-functional teams. This is an onsite, multi-year opportunity with per-diem options for locals and relocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in BioPharma, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments is preferred.
• Exposure to GMP environments, commissioning, qualification, or validation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support discipline leads and project managers in executing construction scope across assigned systems or areas.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and GMP standards.
• Track and manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for assigned discipline or system packages.
• Assist with construction planning, work packaging, and field execution coordination.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Support change management processes including review of RFIs, change orders, and scope impacts.
• Partner with scheduling teams to track progress and identify risks to milestones.
• Coordinate with CQV teams to support commissioning, qualification, and system turnover activities.
• Ensure all activities align with Environmental, Health, Safety and site safety protocols.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
• Drive field level problem solving and support continuous improvement initiatives.
