Workforce Enterprises is seeking a bilingual Recruiter for onsite work in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will greet guests, handle requests in person, via email and by phone, input candidate applications, and provide daily recruitment support across two client sites.

Requirements include administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Avionte experience, and strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work 8AM–5PM and travel between two sites is required.

Competenze

• Previous administrative experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the warehouse industry.
• Open to working 8AM to 5PM.
• Able to commute between 2 sites.
• Open to overtime.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist lobby guests.
• Handle requests in person, via email, and by phone.
• Input candidate applications into the company system.
• Daily recruitment and dispatch-related support.
• Communicate with office staff and the branch manager.
• Must be able to commute to 2 client sites if needed.
