Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process, including prep and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Use AI-enabled tools in alignment with policy and Human First, Digital Always philosophy.
