Job summary

Enterprise Electrical, a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple states for field, office, and leadership roles. You will partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building talent pipelines, coordinating offers, onboarding, and maintaining a professional candidate experience while ensuring compliance and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers and field leadership.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles including Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate staff.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills and culture fit.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Promote referral programs and provide regular updates on pipelines and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
