OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide confidential one-on-one counseling to employees on construction sites, respond to crises, and offer short-term stabilization and support.

The role includes assessing needs, referring employees to community resources or long-term providers, and maintaining ethical standards, boundaries, and documentation. Must work well in a fast-paced, on-site environment and be comfortable at heights.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of one-on-one counseling experience.
• Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse groups of employees.
• Familiarity with referral networks and local mental health resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a construction site environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Adapt to changes and operate effectively in unpredictable situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one, confidential counseling sessions for employees as needed on the construction site.
• Respond to immediate mental health or emotional crises, offering short-term stabilization and support.
• Assess needs and refer employees to appropriate community resources or long-term providers when necessary.
• Maintain clear boundaries of scope of practice, offering supportive counseling rather than ongoing therapy.
• Provide education and awareness about mental health and wellness in a workplace context.
• Document sessions and referrals in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable ethical guidelines.
• Provide ongoing education and training to workers on mental health.
• Maintain cleanliness of the onsite clinic and office.
