Requires a Bachelor’s in a health field with 3+ years in coaching and education; CPR/BLS is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus and Master’s or RD credentials are preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health coaching, education and promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s preferred.
• RD license in respective state preferred; CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face health coaching and support.
• Identify health education needs via targeted assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to set and pursue personalized improvement plans.
• Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness promotions, group coaching, and seminars.
• May conduct biometric screenings and use results to drive outcomes.
• Support health-related site events and enrollment activities.
