Job summary

Evernorth Health Services in the Sarasota-Bradenton area is seeking an RN Health Coach who is bilingual in Spanish to provide onsite coaching and support to employees. You will conduct face-to-face coaching, assess health education needs, and refer to relevant programs to drive personalized improvement plans.

You will collaborate with clients to set goals, empower active participation, lead wellness activities, and support events such as health fairs and screenings.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state.
• Strong clinical skills with health and wellness experience.
• At least 1 year of health coaching/health education experience.
• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification.
• High energy level with dynamic presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and be a patient-centric role model.
• Passion for health improvement and proactive collaboration with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes.
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities and group coaching.
• May perform biometric screenings (e.g., finger sticks, BP, body composition).
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to drive clinical outcomes.
• Support health-related site events (open enrollment, wellness committees, flu shot events).
• Collaborate with matrix partners to support the client’s health strategy.
