The role focuses on administering medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), and voluntary benefits for thousands of employees. You will manage enrollment cycles, partner with vendors, ensure ACA/COBRA/HIPAA/ERISA compliance, audit data in the HRIS, handle invoicing, and support open enrollment while delivering accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of benefits administration experience for large employee populations.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer all employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), voluntary benefits).
• Support benefits administration for thousands of employees across locations.
• Manage enrollments, life events, open enrollment, and terminations.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits questions with timely guidance.
• Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve eligibility and claims issues.
• Audit benefit data in the HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
• Process and reconcile benefit invoices and vendor billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regs.
• Assist with annual open enrollment planning and communications.
• Analyze benefit trends and suggest process improvements.
