Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent dispensing of prescriptions with safety and accuracy, including patient counseling and immunizations as appropriate.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager in leading the team and covering shifts when needed; provide feedback on performance.
• Ensure compliance with state Boards of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies; maintain patient privacy and safety.
