ColourPop—a fast-moving, cruelty-free makeup brand—seeks a content creator who shoots and edits daily UGC-style content, from swatches to tutorials, for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest. You'll work on real light, handheld in a non-studio setup, delivering on-brand captions with a genuine Colour Lover voice and a fast, 48-hour cycle.

Requirements include 3+ years creating social content, a real makeup obsession, a standout portfolio, and fluency with phone-first tools like CapCut.

Qualifications

3+ years creating social content for a brand or as a creator.
A real makeup obsession with a POV on color cosmetics.
Portfolio showing self-shot, edited content.
Phone-first production fluency using CapCut.
On-camera presence that is confident and warm.
A trend radar that runs hot and moves fast.
Speed as a skill with quick iteration.
Nice-to-have: your audience, makeup retail or MUA experience; Canva, Figma or Dash Social.

Responsibilities
