Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Fort Gordon Base Operations Support Services (BOSS) contract. You will direct overall operations, ensure compliance with the PWS and Army regulations, and supervise multidisciplinary teams across facilities management, environmental compliance, staffing, and subcontractor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and management experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large, multi-functional Base Operations Support Services or similar Government contracts.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and administering Government contracts.
• Experience with contract performance reporting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Experience with IBM Maximo and GFEBS; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized oversight of facilities operations, engineering support, logistics, workforce management, safety, quality, and contract administration.
• Direct day-to-day contract execution and establish operational priorities to meet requirements.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and resources to maintain service delivery.
• Serve as primary government point of contact for coordination and issue resolution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
