Qualifications

• 1 year at Alliance Bank preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Confidentiality and basic PC/software skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist customers with transactions via phone, fax, mail, and email.
• Resolve account discrepancies.
• Answer product and service questions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions.
• Establish and deepen customer relationships.
• Review deposits and remote deposit capture where applicable.
