Job summary

Sidus Space seeks an Associate Production Project Manager to support avionics and machine production workstreams, coordinating with design, manufacturing, test engineering, and supply chain to keep programs on schedule.

You will develop schedules, track milestones, manage risks, and help drive continuous improvement while supporting NPI readiness and budget tracking in a fast-paced aerospace environment on Cape Canaveral, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–2 years in production, manufacturing, project coordination, or process improvement; aerospace/complex industry preferred.
• CAPM or PM certification a plus; willingness to pursue certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project management for assigned avionics production programs, from planning and scheduling through delivery.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, test engineering, and supply chain to keep activities aligned and moving forward.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, production milestones, and risk registers.
