Job summary

Fresh Consulting is seeking an Avionics Supply Chain Program Manager for a 3-month contract to help manage NPI production, supplier relations, and hardware testing. The role focuses on avionics manufacturing processes and sustaining programs, requiring collaboration with IPT leadership and contract manufacturers.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of electronics and NPI experience, proficiency with Excel and MS Project, and the ability to handle multiple artifacts, tests, and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in avionics or related engineering field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on electronics development, NPI program management, and hardware testing.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and MS Project scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership to capture product concepts and requirements; drive the release of key manufacturing artifacts.
• Draft Statements of Work (SoWs), specifications, and SDRLs; partner with contract manufacturers to ensure delivery of products, including EIDPs.
• Generate accurate hardware demand signals, conduct regular supplier status meetings, and provide DFX feedback.
• Plan and execute functional, acceptance, and qualification testing in coordination with internal test teams and third‑party test houses.
• Manage scope changes and deviations; serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers and oversee hardware for sensors, batteries, and avionics boxes.
