Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite AV Support Technician to partner with customers and internal teams to provide on‑premises support, delivering a world‑class customer service and meeting‑space experience. You will set up and breakdown conference spaces, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot AV systems, support networked devices, and travel to client sites as required.

Strong communication, basic computer skills, safe tool use, and a valid driver's license are essential; a High School diploma

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with AV integration preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer spaces.
• Provide timely, quality field service for networked devices.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams professionally.
• Adhere to local safety standards at sites.
• Provide site documentation and end-user training as needed.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video/presentation systems.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required.
