Job summary

Electrosonic is seeking an Audio-Visual Onsite Service Technician to support client sites in Salt Lake City, UT. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with live events, training, and small installations.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to work from SOPs while adapting as needed. Proficiency with AV systems, networks, and multiple OS platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV service in a client/customer environment.
• Ability to travel between sites as needed.
• Familiarity with safety rules and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Identify and describe AV systems and components.
• Troubleshoot and support a variety of AV systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and live-event support.
• Assist with client trainings as required.
• Follow SOPs and adapt when necessary.
