Job summary

AVI‑SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to support customers at site locations in Texas. You will partner with customers, management, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to deliver world-class AV support and service.

Responsibilities include setup/breakdown of conference spaces, preventive maintenance, cleaning AV equipment, training clients on AV systems, and timely issue resolution. Travel to multiple sites is required, with after-hours flexibility.

• Set up and breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure AV systems function correctly.
• Clean AV equipment including cameras, monitors, and fans.
• Provide client training on AV technology as needed.
• Perform timely support tasks: meetings, installing non-complex components, video/audio recording support.
• Collaborate professionally with internal/external teams reflecting AVI-SPL values.
• Follow local safety standards for all site duties.
• Set up, operate and troubleshoot audio/video systems.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
