Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Meeting Services Support to ensure seamless room operations, event setup, and AV support for meetings and executive events. You will configure spaces, support video conferences, and troubleshoot equipment to deliver exceptional service.

The role is on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, pays $19 per hour, and requires at least 2 years of AV or conference services experience, proficiency with Teams and Webex, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AV training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in meeting room or AV support.
• Experience setting up rooms and troubleshooting AV equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and conference platforms (Teams, Webex).

Responsibilities

• Set up and reconfigure meeting rooms and event spaces with AV gear.
• Provide on-site support for meetings, video conferences, and VIP events.
• Troubleshoot audio-visual equipment issues including projectors, displays, and room control.
• Maintain inventories and assist with logistics for events.
