Job summary

ICON Consultants, LP is seeking a Multimedia Technician to support audio/visual, printing, and mobile device technologies in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The role involves installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support of multimedia systems and related equipment.

This position supports board meetings, corporate events, public outreach initiatives, remote meetings, and various technology-driven business functions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and maintaining audio/visual equipment (LCD/LED displays, projectors, PA systems).
• Experience supporting multifunction printers, scanners, and plotters.
• Basic understanding of PC networking concepts and Windows Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audiovisual systems and related equipment.
• Support board meetings, corporate events, and remote meeting environments.
• Configure, operate, and dismantle projectors, microphones, speakers, mixers, and video conferencing equipment.
• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for AV equipment, desktop computers, and printers.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on printers, scanners, and plotters.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in response to support requests.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, relocation, and setup with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and end-user instructions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
