Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite AV/IT Engineer to deliver world-class customer service at client sites in Miami. You will perform AV/UCC support, maintenance, and installations while collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure reliable systems.

You will train end users, follow safety standards, and document activities. A background in AV integration and enterprise IT support is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Foundational understanding of AV systems and signal flow.
• Experience providing desktop/end-user IT support.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on AV/IT hardware.
• Maintain and optimize AV/UCC equipment and networks at client sites.
• Document service activities, configurations, and changes.
• Provide onsite field support for network-connected AV systems and devices.
• Conduct end-user training and system walkthroughs.
