Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Engineer to partner with customers and internal teams to deliver world-class on-site support and a superior service experience. The role focuses on AV/IT systems, preventative maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting at customer sites in the Miami area.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, independence, and hardware/Networking skills, with 1–3 years in audiovisual integration or enterprise end-user support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and teams.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with AV/IT hardware and safety practices.
• Experience providing on-site end-user support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs across AV/IT environments.
• Maintain AV and UCC equipment including displays, cameras, and cooling systems.
• Document service activities with accuracy.
• Provide onsite field support for network-connected AV systems.
• Conduct end-user training and system walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet AVI-SPL service standards.
