Job summary

M3 Technology Group is seeking a hands-on Lead Installation Technician (LIT) to oversee onsite AV system installations. You will lead the installation team, ensure designs are followed, and push projects toward successful completion with quality, safety, and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong leadership, can read drawings, troubleshoot AV/network issues, and coach technicians. Up to 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• AVIXA CTS-I within 12 months of hire.
• Formal education in electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation team, set priorities, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and professionalism.
• Coordinate site access, logistics, sequencing, and daily execution to align with schedule.
• Identify scope conflicts and communicate changes before they impact the project.
• Deliver complete, tested, commissioning-ready systems at project completion.
• Coach technicians on installation standards and troubleshooting.
