You will handle a wide range of AV environments, including conference rooms, classrooms, lecture halls, and large venues, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and quick response in high-stakes situations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite conference room support for meetings, including user training and hardware replacement.
• Diagnose and resolve audio, video, switching, and control system issues across rooms.
• Deliver online support for Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and hybrid meetings.
• Support classroom and large-venue AV systems to ensure reliable operation for teaching and events.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Respond promptly to hardware and software issues, maintaining system uptime.
• Maintain strong communication and customer service with campus users.
• Possess broad technical knowledge of AV systems and hardware troubleshooting.
