Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Service Administrator III for an onsite role at Cloverdale, VA. You will welcome customers to the service shop, handle inbound service inquiries, create and invoice work orders, and assist both service and parts teams to help the branch grow.

The role requires strong communication and automotive parts knowledge, plus computer proficiency. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with potential overtime; pay ranges from $35–$45 per hour onsite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and electronic service tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the service shop and handle inquiries.
• Create and open basic work orders and invoicing.
• Provide status updates to customers on service events.
• Support service and parts teams as needed.
• Document customer, equipment, and job details in systems.
• Translate customer concerns and troubleshoot using service tools.
