DTM Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Dealership Controller to lead all back-office accounting for a high-volume dealership in North Carolina, delivering precise financial reporting and strong internal controls.

This 100% onsite role requires deep GAAP knowledge, OEM reporting experience, and the ability to guide a team while partnering with leadership to optimize cash flow and operational efficiency.

Competenze

• Must have prior experience as an Automotive Dealership Controller at large platform stores.
• Extensive experience preparing OEM financial statements for new-car dealerships.
• Proficiency with DMS systems Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK or Dealertrack.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage accounting staff and back-office operations.

Mansioni

• Direct all dealership accounting functions with hands-on leadership.
• Manage month-end closes, GL maintenance, bank reconciliations, and audits.
• Oversee OEM reporting, cash flow, floorplans, insurance, and risk claims.
• Prepare and interpret financial reports for GM and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and IT/DMS teams to improve revenue and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
