Job summary

TGW Logistics seeks a Resident Automation Technician III to support our customer on all automation topics at our Kansas City, KS sites. The role requires broad electrical and mechanical skills, hands-on repair, and a proactive approach to improve site performance.

Based onsite at customer sites in Kansas City, KS, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and related systems while representing TGW professionally and ensuring client relations remain strong.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment.
• Experience with conveyors, AS/RS, and shuttle systems.
• Familiarity with HMI and/or SCADA systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer equipment issues promptly and practically.
• Complete work orders and maintenance activities on automated equipment onsite.
• Lead maintenance to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
