Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. seeks an Internal Audit Analyst to be stationed full-time at the client site in Juno Beach, FL.

The role focuses on detailed manual review of domestic content documentation, checklists, and audit-ready recordkeeping to ensure compliance and data integrity for a large solar/wind energy project. Responsibilities include evaluating documents for completeness, maintaining trackers and version history, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience with detailed manual document review and identifying gaps.
• Experience applying checklists and audit requirements.
• Experience with document control, trackers, and audit-ready records.
• Ability to reconcile information across multiple source documents.
• Preference for 3+ years in audit support, compliance, or similar roles.
• Experience with renewable energy project documentation and tax credit documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS 365 document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed manual reviews of domestic content documentation, including contractor submissions and origin/traceability records.
• Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
• Maintain document control practices by organizing submissions, applying naming conventions, tracking versions, and keeping files audit-ready.
• Document review outcomes, deficiencies, discrepancies, and unresolved risks in trackers and logs.
• Issue deficiency notices and corrective action requests identifying the document gap, required resolution, responsible party, and due date.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve documentation gaps and support timely completion of compliance files.
• Prepare periodic status updates for management and support audit and compliance reviews.
