Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of audit support, compliance documentation, or document control.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready files and deficiency logs.
• Familiarity with tax credit documentation and domestic content concepts is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and document management tools with strong tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed manual reviews of DCA-related documentation and vendor submissions.
• Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, and audit readiness with proper signatures and dates.
• Maintain document control, version history, and tracking dashboards.
• Document review outcomes, deficiencies, and risks in trackers and logs.
• Issue deficiency notices and corrective action requests with clear due dates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve gaps and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare periodic management status updates on open items and aging deficiencies.
• Support audit reviews by compiling requested documentation and evidence.
