Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Domestic Content Adder Compliance Auditor (DCACA) to support renewable energy project documentation reviews, identify gaps, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams. The role combines detailed manual review, document control, and audit readiness in a hybrid Juno Beach, Florida setting.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in audit/compliance, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft 365 tools; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Audit, Compliance, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• An Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Land Surveying is also considered.
• 3+ years of experience in audit support, compliance documentation, document control, contract administration, or similar work requiring detailed manual review. Experience managing project execution (0-5 years), including vendor and contractor coordination, is also relevant.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed manual reviews of DCA-related documentation, including contractor submissions, vendor records, project exhibits, and compliance attestations.
• Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
• Maintain document control practices by organizing submissions, applying naming conventions, and tracking versions.
• Document review outcomes, deficiencies, discrepancies, and unresolved risks in designated trackers or compliance systems.
• Issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests to resolve documentation gaps.
• Maintain an auditable review trail, including intake dates, review status, and resolution history.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to clarify documentation requirements and resolve gaps.
• Prepare periodic status updates for management summarizing open items, audit risks, and recommended remediation steps.
• Support audit and compliance reviews by compiling requested documentation and explaining review status.
• Assist in the overall management of assigned projects to ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Audit, Compliance, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field
